Our US co-op program helps engineering students build their skills by working on strategic projects at our manufacturing facilities. Program participants collaborate with plant leadership and employees to identify and deliver solutions to real-world business challenges. Training opportunities, coaching, and feedback throughout their sessions support the personal and professional development of our co-op program participants.
